Basic Real Estate Agent Entry
A basic entry includes

• Up to 500 words about you, with up to 3 links to your or any other web site
• A list of the neighbourhoods you specialise in your entry then shows when any visitors select a neighbourhood in this list.
• A map showing your location (clickable to allow visitors to get directions to your location)
• Star Ratings (Allows visitors to rate the service you provided, vistors can only vote for you once from any one location.|)
• Comments/Reviews (Ability for vistors to write reviews, we moderate these to ensure that this area is not used incorrectly or by spam comments)
• You may write an article 4 times a year, that will be posted on the site and credited to you, this must be factual, may include links to your entry or web site. This does assist you in the promotion of your entry and web site.

Cost: $199.00 per year

Contact Form on Basic entry

Add a contact form to your basic entry, you specify the information you want collected and the email address to send it to. We also ask visitors to input a code to prevent as much Spam as possible.

Cost: Additional $25.00 per year

Google Local Business Center Entry

An entry in the Google Local Business center is a must today as Google targets businesses by their loca area and geolocation. If you have an entry but it has not been verified/claimed we will claim it and place the necessary information for you, of if you have no entry at all we will create an entry for you with the required information. Once your entry is complete we will, with the use of your phone number/address verify the entry with Google.

Cost: $50.00

Open Houses

Send us details of your open houses and we’ll list them on our open house page. Details include the address, a parargraph about the house, the cost, the dates and times of the open house. You can list the property as many times as you like, as log as the details stay the same, at the low cost of $10 per property.

Cost: $10.00 per property purchased in blocks of 5 properties at a time in advance.

All fees are subject to sales taxes at the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.
